Laser Cutting
Highlighting our sheet metal processing are our two CNC Laser cutters, which produce high accuracy, detailed parts with little to no dross, which saves time on secondary operations. Using an extremely focused light beam, lasers can cut within thousandths of an inch with virtually no taper or heat affected zones. Lasers also have the ability to etch detailed sketches or labels on the surface of parts. In addition to sheet metal processing, Miller Metal also has the rare ability to laser cut pipe and tube saving time and money on common pipe machining processes.
