As a guiding ideology, Miller Metal has for years been influenced by Lean Manufacturing techniques, with the constant goal of eliminating waste collectively as a company, whether it be from manufacturing processes or administrative procedures. Through the application of these philosophies, we have been able to reduce overhead, shorten lead times, maximize production and improve quality. All of which consistently translates into quicker production times and a less expensive product for our customers. Through adaptation of these concepts, we have been able to grow and become a more competitive company in our industry.
